We’re glad you have chosen us to provide you with your health and wellness care. 

Your practitioner and you book your appointments to keep you in top shape. 

When you miss your appointment you affect your health and wellness and that of clients that could have used that time to improve theirs. 

Our Practice requires (48 hours notice) in the event you have to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. You are required to notify us in advance to cancel an appointment or there may be possible fees incurred; you may personally change your appointment date online in your account up to 48 ahead. 

After 48 hours please text 506.888.9606 to change the appointment or call if you do not have the ability to text. 

Messages left on the answering machine over the weekend do not qualify as 48 hours notice for Monday appointments.

Cancellations: Please provide 48 hours notice for all cancellations so another person may have the opportunity to book in and receive care. 

•  For all Missed Appointments/No Show: you will be charged the duration of the session because another person could not have the opportunity to book that spot and receive care they may have needed. (Some exceptions) 

•  For all Late Arrivals: you will be charged the full session amount. If there is no one after you and the therapist and the client has the time the full duration of the session may be completed. 

Charges for Missed Appointments:   Full treatment price maybe charged for appointments missed, cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hours notice. Please be aware that in some cases repeat missed appointments can lead to termination of services. 

•  If the therapist is running late: the treatment time may be extended to its full length if there is space/time to do so. If not, the therapist will complete the duration of your time and you will not be charged for the time you did not receive; or if the therapist is running 20 min late you may choose to wait to receive the remainder of your treatment time or cancel. Either choice you choose to make will allow you to receive 20 min free on your next booking as a gratitude for your patience and time. You may also choose to gift the 20 min to a friend or family. (Note: Available for 1hour sessions. The person will only be charged for the 45 min time slot.)
